One the where hotel I ever stayed
Stayed 1 night in Feb 2020

It was a bogus booking. I have been cheated both by the Hotels.com team & the hotel as I have been denied accommodation and my full payment for two nights have gone for a toss. It is always better to confirm over phone about the booking status before directly landing at the hotel.
