The Space:
This cute, light-filled terrace has a spacious modern, stainless steel, open plan kitchen/living room that opens onto a leafy and private courtyard. Behind the courtyard is a shaded reserve filled with gum trees and a little pizzeria. Upstairs are two separate bedrooms with queen-sized beds, the master bedroom has a private bathroom and a small balcony with a cafe-sized table and chairs. Downstairs has a larger bathroom and hallway. Keypad entry, modern appliances with chilled, filtered water and an ice maker, a steam oven, induction hobs and a dual washer/dryer and quality pots and pans. Everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay is here, whether you want to enjoy a home-cooked meal or sample the many restaurants and cafes, or attend a concert or game, this prime Surry Hills location has it all.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property except the locked bedroom downstairs.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
Surry Hills is a vibrant and eclectic neighborhood located just a stone's throw from Sydney’s central business district. Known for its blend of historic charm and modern flair, Surry Hills is a cultural hub that offers a little something for everyone.
Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
There is a non refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance / security form before checking in. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie to verify the booking details. Service fee is non refundable when booking is cancelled. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
Please note: Vaping within units is strictly prohibited. Fire detectors will be set off by vapes and the call out fees will be billed to the apartment owner.
