The Tardis2 - Huge Leafy Balcony BBQ
Newly renovated compact 2BR apartment with great indoor/outdoor living. Air-conditioners to cool those impossibly hot days and nights, fast wifi and the full Foxtel package - Sports, Movies etc. Spiral staircase would not suit guests with limited mobility or huge suitcases.
This area is very convenient to the airport and train station giving good access to the city and other venues. Please see my train network photo where I have mapped out times to most key tourist areas.
This is quiet suburbia yet still within short walking distance to bustling shopping and many restaurants. Please see my local restaurant photo where I have mapped out many local restaurants and take-aways.
This home offers spacious living for four with extra comfortable beds and mattresses. If there are additional guests, a folding bed or bassinet or cot can be placed in the second bedroom if required - but it would be squashy!
For those needing to work, a desk and office chair can be set up if requested.
The public transport is excellent so that most guests do not bother hiring a car. On street parking usually available outside or within one or two houses. At busy times, the owner may share the off street parking if requested.
Bags can be dropped off at apartment before check-in time
A digital key lock can provide you with unassisted check-in. Early check in / Late check out by prior arrangement possible.

We just loved this property, close to transit which was amazing and simple to use and close to grocery stores. Wendy was very informative about local sites and how to use everything in the property. The place was clean beds were comfortable and we definitely recommend this location

Great for families for a short or long stay. Off street parking, walking distance to Kogarah train station Plentiful local supermarkets (ALDI, WOOLWORTHS) and plenty of places to eat.
Our little home away from home was well equipped and had everything that we needed. Wendy is a super host and we look forward to booking again for our next holiday. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful spot in a pleasant neighborhood in easy walking distance to the train station. The climb up the spiral stairs with bags might be tricky for some, but if you can manage that, you're in for a delightful stay. It worked perfectly for us, and Wendy was a wonderful host.

This was the perfect place for our family of 4. The kids loved playing with the games and toys, and I loved the coffee and sweet treats provided my the host. Wendy was very helpful explaining where to pick up the train to take us into downtown Sydney and how to return. The washer was wonderful to have since we brought limited clothing and we were able to hang them up on the clothes line outside to dry.

Lovely older character property with everything you need in a great location close to the train station.
Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and even basic food items, which helped us to quickly settle in.
Wendy is a thoughtful host and even left some milk in the fridge for us.
Not an issue for us as there were 2 strong men in our party, but be aware that access is via a narrow spiral staircase, so carrying heavy or bulky items might be difficult. Would stay again - thanks Wendy!

Situated in a quiet neighbourhood with local shops and the railway station just 5mins away. Sydney city centre is half an hour away by trains running every few mins. The property is perfect to use as a base and well equipped. Everything was as described by Wendy who lives in the house below the property. She is a very helpful host who made us feel very welcome.

The location was just perfect. We had friends and family 30 mins in either direction and the train station so close meant only about a 30 min trip into the CBD. It was just lovely, waking to the birds every day and a short walk to everything! The stairs were totally fine for us, but for someone older or maybe with knee trouble it may be difficult but we will be back as it wasn’t an issue for us. The bags we packed were a little hard to carry up but that’s about all. Wendy had covered all bases, there was muffins and milk for breakfast, she left travel cards to use for public transport and even had toys/games for the little ones if you had some! The floor was a little squeaky so I was constantly telling my clan to be quiet so we didn’t affect her or the guest nearby but I suppose I could have relaxed a bit more as I’m sure she is used to it, and we could hear the neighbours next to us too. We loved it. We have left some things and Wendy has accommodated me when I have arranged for them to be collected by some of our friends.

This self-contained 2 bedroom unit is situated in a perfect spot for those who want to visit and explore Sydney. The train station is a few hundred meters away. Just leave your car and enjoy taking public transport to explore places. The unit is equiped with everything you need.

We are a family of 5 (3 kids) and visited Sydney over Christmas break. We stayed at this property and for 5 nights and found enjoyed our stay a lot. My kids were very happy with the balcony, views and the spiral stairs. The place was compact and had everything we needed. Toys were in-place for the kids to enjoy. Close to shopping center and Brighton lee sands beach. Owner Windy was nice and kind. We would love to stay at this property upon our next Visit.

This house was just perfect for our family stay in Sydney. Accurately described on the website listing, it had everything you needed and more for a very comfortable stay. There were books and puzzles for my toddler granddaughter and my husband was thrilled with Foxtel to watch the footy! Well equipped kitchen. It was out in the suburbs, but with an easy 10 minute walk to the train station, and very regular train service, you could easily get to central station and from there anywhere you wanted in Sydney. You did walk past some medium density housing towers to get to the station but felt quite safe with wide open streets and pathways and good lighting. There was a Woolworths supermarket, butcher, cake shop etc right at the train station complex and a range of cafes in streets nearby the station. The host Wendy, was exceptional - fast to respond to any queries, flexible, accomodating and went that extra mile doing things like leaving fresh bread and milk on arrival.

The property is compact, but with absolutely everything we needed for a week. Fresh essentials for breakfast the next day were a very welcome surprise on our arrival.
The location really suited us, allowing the option of car trips or public transport, and an easy walk to shops and restaurants.

A small and cosy unit conveniently located near the train and shops. The place was very clean and well equipped. Those with heavy bags or mobility issues may struggle with the small spiral staircase in the rear property.
Had a great time! The only recommendation would be to include a 2nd heater so both rooms can have heating during the cold winter.

We loved our stay in this property over the Christmas holiday. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner Wendy. It was a great location and easy to travel into Sydney by train. The balcony made a great setting for BBQs or a peaceful read/relax during the day. We would recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable, friendly place to stay.
