Disappointing stay!!

The main reason we booked this property was for the location to be in walking distance of family over Christmas.Unfortunately there were some negative issues!No wifiCleanliness was not great.Hallways dirty and looked very rundownCockroaches in most rooms and coming up the kitchen sink when you turned the water on.Sign on wall informing us that there would be no hot water from 8 am to 11 am on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday and this had been the case since November!
