Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
The Neighborhood:
Bondi beach is 200 meters away. Instant access to the Bondi to Bronti coastal walk and the famous Icebergs outdoor swimming pool (100 meters from the apartment). Cafes, restaurants, shops, all close by. Public transport 100 meters from apartment.
Stunning beaches close by: Tamarrama beach is a 15 minute coastal walk and Bronti beach about 20 minutes. You can access the coastal walk via Hunter Park just opposite the apartment building where you can also easily access Icebergs pool, sauna, bar and restaurant.
Getting Around:
The Bus stop is a minute walk for the apartment on Bondi Road.

A non-refundable 4.5% fee applies to all payments made by credit or debit card. The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
