The main living space of this spectacular escape is a living and dining space. Framed by romantic sheer white curtains, the bright interior allows the sunlight to bounce over the impeccable amenities at your disposal. A sumptuous sofa forms a living room for all seasons, positioned in front of a decorative fireplace and flatscreen TV for cooler seasons, or opening onto your private terrace to enjoy those warmer days. Surrounded by white fences, and boasting wrap-around water views, the terrace offers ample choice for relaxing, reclining and dining alfresco. For a more romantic dinner, open a glass of wine at the polished wood dining table, sitting under a Poul Henningsen lamp, cleverly zoned into a cosy corner with a polished white floor. Avalon is a well kept secret, growing in popularity, as the new place to be for a chilled surf escape. Coastal parks offer scenic spots for picnicking and barbecuing, or jogging if those who like an active start to the morning. Avalon Beach itself is a popular beach with golden sands surrounded by bustling streets that reflect the surf lifestyle of the area; surf shops, homeware boutiques, wholefood stores, bookstores, seafood joints and intimate cafes, for endless exploration. Head 10 minutes up the road to Palm Beach for its iconic lighthouse walk and further dining options, such as The Boathouse for a relaxed waterside brunch, or Dunes for a casual yet elegant meal with fresh, seasonal dishes. For something special, Barrenjoey House offers a refined experience, perfect for sunset dinners. There is something for every occasion.
