- It is a Sydney apartment so leaving doors open may lead to insects flying in.
- There isn't a dryer in the apartment.
- It is a ground floor apartment in an older building so there may be noise from other apartments.
- Live TV is accessed through digital apps, we have downloaded these to assist you
- Unfortunately no allocated parking in the property however there is limited parking out the back of the property which can often be full.

There is a Minut home sensor in this property, this reacts if sound levels exceed a certain threshold for too long and sends us a notification if some alarms are touched.
