Warm and welcoming, this two storey home is the perfect combination of tradition and comfort. The modern renovation to this traditional Australian terrace ensures a unique local experience. A large open-plan indoor/ outdoor living space downstairs and three generous sized bedrooms upstairs are all beautifully presented. Conveniently located close to beaches and a wealth of eateries and shops, you can’t beat it.

This inviting characterful home is spacious and light, perfect for large families or groups. Beautifully presented, with traditional Australian artwork, collectables from the owners’ travels and warm timber floors, you’ll feel right at home.

The open plan living area is generously sized and beautifully appointed. The modern gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for an extended stay and the lounge area is chic and comfortable, with a smart TV. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors allow seamless flow to the outdoor courtyard. The outdoor roof can be opened to enjoy the sunshine or closed in the case of rain, making it the perfect area to relax day or night. Dine in the eat-in kitchen area or outside under the motorised sun roof. The entertaining area has a gas heater and BBQ and there are ceiling fans inside for your convenience.

Also downstairs is a full laundry with shower and a separate toilet.

Upstairs are three generous bedrooms. The master has a King sized bed and each room has adjustable window shades, ceiling fans and air conditioning units for your comfort. All rooms come with wardrobe space and two have TVs for ultimate relaxation. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a cot, and the third has a Queen bed. All are tastefully decorated with all linen provided. The property also comes with undercover parking for one vehicle.

The main bathroom is located upstairs and houses a shower, toilet and vanity. You will also find a second shower & toilet on the ground floor as well as full laundry facilities.

The overall feeling in this heritage home is one of sophistication and comfort.
This is a top location. Situated between sensational local beaches, Bronte, Clovelly and Coogee and not far from the iconic Bondi, it is primed for a summer escape.

Restaurants and cafes are dotted all along Clovelly Road and of course at nearby Coogee and Bondi. You are spoilt for choice with a wealth of eateries.

But there’s so much more. The Prince Of Wales Hospital, UNSW campus and Bondi Junction with its iconic Westfield, are all easily accessible. Parks and golf courses, coastal walks and Ritz Cinemas all provide local entertainment options.

Two bus routes, servicing both north-south and east-west, are right near the house, providing ease of travel to local hubs.

This is a truly wonderful property in a terrific locale and it feels more like a home with heart than a holiday house. What’s not to love?!

While this property is listed as 'pet friendly' we do still require you to notify us if you would like to bring your pet and let us know what type of pet/breed it is. Lovely house above a shop on an intersection.

Property was clean, bright & spacious. However an exterior photo on the listing would be helpful as we didn’t realise the house is located above a business on a rather busy intersection. Traffic noise at night was a bit of a let-down. Kitchen was a highlight. Family photos and large portraits on all the walls was a bit unsettling. These vacations are about pretending you live somewhere else for a while, but we definitely felt like we were in somebody else’s house. Up and downstairs bathroom facilities were great. All in all it was a lovely stay.
