    Second bedroom with 2 King Single beds.
    Spacious Bathroom with shower.
    Full size fridge and kitchen,
    Tables and chairs on both Verandahs.
    Hotspot WIFI & TV with USB.
    Merino Sheep and young lambs usually from July.
    Minutes from Kurmond and Kurrajong Village
    Butcher, Grocery Store, Chemist, Gift shop, Hair Dresser and Boutique shopping.
    10 minutes direct drive to Richmond, 20 minutes to Windsor and The Apple country of Bilpin. We are in an ideal location.
    A scenic drive to Mt Tomah & Blue Mountains.
    Min 3 Guests. Other persons incur extra rates.
