Our family friendly three bedroom penthouse has a large balcony, with hammock, overlooking the ocean. Minutes walk to the beach, cafe's, restaurants, pubs/bars, a retro cinema and public transport. Summer BBQ's await cooled by a lovely sea breeze!

The space
Fresh, open plan three bedroom Penthouse with bifold doors opening up onto a large balcony looking down to the ocean. Perfect after a swim or walk to relax in the hammock.

Guest access
There is a visitor car parking space available in the garage however public transport is very handy with a bus stop one block away

Other things to note
There are three other units in the building. One other family and two couples.
Across the road and down 30metres is a new health food restaurant, laundromat, gym, nail salon, cafe's and a physiotherapist.
