"This is a very convenient and good value hotel when you need to stay at the airport. The room was quiet and clean, and they let me check in on the early side. I had to leave the next morning long before their breakfast buffet, so they provided a "breakfast to go" box. I was a bit miffed when I discovered that their advertised "airport shuttle" costs $12, but I got over it when I discovered they are located a very walkable 120m from the domestic terminal arrivals area (which can be reached from international by a free bus every 15 mins)."

"I arrived rather weary, and was welcomed and supported to become more comfortable after I found I couldn't work the TV (user error). The staff were generous and kind! And went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed to be comfortable.The bed was soooooooo very comfortable and cozy on a cold Sydney evening."
