"Stayed one night for a Concert at Amalie Arena. Great location for walking the area. Got there about an hour early from check-in and was able to get a parking pass while my room was getting ready. Friendly Staff, was a very pleasant stay."

"My daughter was having outpatient surgery there in Tampa and I wanted a comfortable place for her rest before and after. This was perfect! The house had all she needed. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equiped for cooking needs, everything was clean and just so comfy!! We didn't get a chance to use the pool but would have if given time. Communication with our host was great as well. I truly felt like I was staying at a friend's place!!"

"Rooms are quite comfortable and priced well. The hotel is dated but we knew this when we booked and were okay with it because of the proximity to Busch gardens. Staff was very nice at check in. Pool looks good, AC works well. I’d stay here again. "

"we are pleasantly surprised with the barrymore. this location is right off the riverwalk, next to the tampa museum, straz performance center, and other performing arts venues. the staff was very nice and helpful. the decor is a little outdated (the hallways and carpets), but the rooms are clean. the housekeeping is very good. i would definitely come back to this hotel."
