"The cottage was spacious, well equipped, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed using the indoor swimming pool, games room and tennis courts which were on site. There did seem to be a slight overload of rules and reminders, but we did have a really lovely time, and the location was ideal for trips out to the north Norfolk coast."

"Given good directions to property. Instructions for parking and accessing the property out of reception hours were easy to follow. Fakenham not too far away for grocery shop. WiFi was not terribly good but the whole area around there seems to be much the same. We didn’t use the leisure facilities as we were only on a short break as our first visit to Norfolk. So much we wanted to see in the area. One little issue was the low flying aircraft which gave us a bit of a fright the first night...

"I would 100% recommend a stay here. The hosts were exceptional with their contact throughout right from when we made the booking. They could not have been more helpful and always responded very promptly and helped with recommending a local pub which was really nice. The accommodation was lovely and the garden area was beautiful and the hot tub temperature was perfect. We would definitely stay here again."

The pool was often empty when we might have liked to use it. When you are on holiday you don’t want your time to be regimented. "What a find! A little place steeped in history, pub on the doorstep and Wells next the Sea just 5 minutes away. If you love cricket and horses, then this is about perfect! Lots of little details catered for: welcome pack; toiletries; lots of outdoor seating; dog treats; hairdryer; corkscrew and a comfy bed. The hot tub is welcome after a day of exploring.
