"This hotel has lovely big rooms with a great restaurant and swimming pool. Breakfast was delicious. It is set in woodlands with a lake. My only criticism would be older people would fine it difficult to get in the shower as it in within a bath and you have to lift your leg over the bath sides to get in. "

"I loved the historical nature of this hotel. It was formerly an orphanage and it has been restored to reflect that. The rooms are small, basically the width of a king size bed, (which was gorgeously comfortable), though there was a shower and sink in the room as well. The toilets are down the hall. The rooms are dead quiet, as you are encased by thick walls. There are a few plaques around the hotel to tell of its former life. The hotel is situated right in the centrum, behind the old church, and spitting distance from Venlo's shopping, going out area. Loved it. 5 stars. "

"EV charger on site. Staff interference is minimal. Food is good in the restaurant. Room service is expensive. If booking for multiple days, then the staff does not clean up your room or restock the consumables, like toilet paper / Coffee etc. Also, they don't send it to you when informed but rather expect you to collect it at the front desk."

"Perfect location for traveling to the airport, however, I would highly recommend booking a taxi well in advance as when we arrived all local services said they were full. Luckily the hotel reception team could be reach via phone and managed to find another company for us. "

"We were delay crossing the channel by almost 3 hours meaning we would ot get to the hotel until after end of check-in. I contacted the hotel who were helpful and gavs me i structions of how I could do a late check-in. This was later followed up with an email of the instructions. Access to the room was straightforward resulting in a stress free experience unlike that at Le Shuttle. The hotel was easy to find from the motorway and staff very polite."
