"We had to stay outside for a long time at mid night with my kid and nobody was responding for a long time. No staff was there to receive us. No instructions until I asked! It was all suspicious! Not enough pillows! Nobody shared with us how to use the WiFi! The whole night people were making noises! Terrible experience "

"This was a fantastic stay except for the following: Spoiled milk left in the fridge Dead flies all over the floor as well as other dirt upon arrival Construction noise and outhouse smell at certain times of the day We had to buy and replace batteries for the remote in the tv room No check in or check out instructions were provided so we had to keep texting the host for information"

"Communication with Steven very fast and easy. Very good introduction of the home with Jo. The amazing house is very clean, very well equiped (shampoo, towels and lots usuful herbs and other things for cooking. Spacious rooms, sunny swimming pool with lots of deck chairs. Overall a fantastic place to be."

"I don't have enough good things to say about our stay here. The property was spacious enough to easily accommodate the 12 people in our party, and it's location allowed easy access to Solothurn as well as access via train to skiing in the Alps. Vinzenz was very easy to communicate with and helpful leading up to the stay, providing information on local events and attractions. Afterwards he has posted a few items we forgot back to us. 10/10 would love to stay here again!"

Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. "the staff of the hotel were fantastic and they accomodated any extra items we needed with speed and grace. They were professional and friendly. My only concern was the restaurant below - the food was okay, and the staff there seemed indifferent, short, and not very friendly. For breakfast, the bacon was inedible, and hot food was often cold. It was the worst breakfast we had on our trip. It was disappointing. But I know that isn't a Radisson issue - otherwise we had a fantastic stay! "

"Hotel Suisse is a solid choice, especially for its unbeatable location—right in the heart of town by the main station with plenty of dining options just a short stroll away. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. It delivers exactly what you need for a pleasant stay. Crowne Plaza Zürich - would recommend

"Great location near to Stadion Letzigrund where we watched one of the Euro 2025 football matches. After flight delays / rerouting, plus the arrival day being my birthday, we arrived after a long journey to be greeted by a very friendly reception chap, who gave us a free drink in the bar and breakfast voucher. Most welcome - thank you. Room was clean and very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. The air conditioning was great as it was very hot weather. "

"We arrived in Zurich after a long international trip, walked to the hotel from picking up our baggage, slept well, and the next morning had a good breakfast at the hotel. The train station at the airport is walking distance, shopping and restaurants are there. We continued to our destination on the train."
