The family-run holiday home on Jana Matejki Str. 32/2, the green feeder to the beach promenade, is especially for large families or groups with four rooms in three lockable, stylishly furnished apartments on approx. 140 m2 of living space and a large south-facing terrace of approx. 20 m2 Suitable for friends of up to 9 people.

The apartments are located in a typical, newly reconstructed Swinemünde villa from the 1930s, which was built adjacent to the beach residences. The apartments were comprehensively modernized in 2018.

Altes Haus, neu renoviert. Liegt an einer Hauptstraße, die uns aber nicht gestört hat. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vor und während unseres Aufenthaltes war Top! Selbst Nachts wurde uns noch geholfen. Inserat nicht mehr ganz aktuell! Es gibt jetzt Geschirrspüler in jeder Wohneinheit 😉

An einer viel befahrenen Straße
Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr zentral, an einer sehr viel befahren Durchfahrtsstraße wo vor 22:00 Uhr keine Ruhe einkehrt. Man ist in ca. 15 Minuten fußläufig am sehr schönen Strand und der wunderbaren Promenade von Swinemünde. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch sehr schnell erreichbar.

geräumige Fewo
Das Objekt war von der Lage her top. Man war schnell in der Stadt und am Hafen, aber auch unkompliziert zum Strand. Die Zimmeraufteilung war uns nicht ganz klar, daher war in jeden Schlafraum mit einem Doppelbett, auch eine Küche und ein Bad.

Alle meine Mitreisenden und ich kamen zu dem selben Schluss. Ein sehr schönes, sauberes Apartment in bester Lage zu einem sehr fairem Preis! Gerade die Dachterasse lädt im Sommer zum verweilen ein. Zudem war die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern sowohl im Vorfeld, als auch im Nachhinein einwandfrei und auch auf deutsch möglich. Fünf von fünf Sterne sind hier mehr als gerechtfertigt. Weiter so.

Super Lage mit Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Umlauf von 10 Minuten, tolle Appartments, schöner großer Balkon, sehr nette Vermieter die immer kontaktierbar waren, für 8 Leute perfekte Größe, auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen
