St Johns Commandery, near Densole, Kent. A medieval chapel that was converted into a farmhouse during the 16th century. It has a fine moulded-plaster ceiling and a remarkable timber roof. It is now owned by English Heritage - internal viewing can be arranged through the local EH office.
