"Room .. ~OK, parking OK as I was early Told booking in 'after 17-00 but many booked in at 16-00 so i joined them ... timing need reviewing? Restaurant booked in OK then 20 minutes before anyone talked to, ordered drink and food, relishes tray arrived quickly and main course ordered. 20 minutes after relishes complete my main course arrived. no host 'food OK' question. staff very busy but provision should be made for such times. I will learn and act accordingly on my next booking. "

"Room excellent, upgraded to executive room, but on 2nd floor, with no lift working. This was OK, but only because we had very light luggage. We really need a ground floor room if there's no lift now, as we are both pensioners sand beginning to experience mobility issues with stairs."
