"For visits to the IWU campus, this location can't be beat! It's a clean, well-kept home with great amenities, and a relaxing getaway just a block from the campus.n"

"The rental was exactly as advertised, very clean and appropiately furnished. Very nice"

"We were in town to visit family and this property was very close and convenient to the Marion area. It was very clean and the owners provided everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated that there were a few snacks and waters in the fridge as we have a couple kids that get hungry at sometimes inconvenient times. Coffee and cream were provided which was also very convenient for us as the coffee shop wasn't open on Sunday. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone...

"Great place to stay… Very quiet, super clean. I would look no further if I had to stay in town again… I would suggest some more kitchen utensils and cookware but other than that, it was an A+."

"The apartment was extremely clean! The bathrooms were immaculate! I will definitely book there again if have the need! Told my family all about it! Thank you!"

"The unit was very clean, comfortable and all the amenities were nice. There was an annoying whistle from the bathroom vent when the heat or the a/c came on but we put a towel over it and that helped. The property manager's instructions for check in were clear and we found it no problem. There were a couple of things that influenced our rating in a native way though. The first is that there is a very unpleasant smell that you encounter when you enter the unit. It seems to go away after a while,...

"We loved the proximity to IWU. Very comfortable to spend time in the house and cook a few meals for our college student."

"Comfortable stay at this apartment. thing that was needed was available. Austin was very tentative to any needs. Love the front porch."
