Two items of note: 1) when we took the cover off of the hot tub, there was LOTS of sand in the hot tub 🙁 2) when we arrived, the two FULL garbage cans were at the end of the gravel driveway and were tipped over and MANY full garbage bags of trash were strewn on the road and adjacent hills. Maybe an animal had tipped them over. We tried our best to pick up the loose garbage and re-bag it in several new garbage bags. 🙁"

"The cabin is exactly what you see! Loved the kayaks and paddle boards. Kids enjoyed swimming off the dock. We ended up going to Rosevelt Lake to ski and fish."

"We enjoyed our stay here over Labor Day. It is a unique/quirky house. The children loved the water and kayaks. Water was clear and shallow. Fishing off the dock was also popular. Three small queen rooms on first floor - second floor loft was definitely open to the rest of the house. Two separate living spaces and a screened in deck. "

"Very roomy. Comfortably accommodated the whole family. Beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a roomy dock for the boat. Could use kid friendly drinking glasses. "

"The house is a bit smaller than the pictures made it look .still a big place we had a large group . If your taking a large group bring a big frying pan the pans are small and u will need to bring paper towels & garbage bags.the kitchen has plenty of dishes. The house is nicely decorated. They had fun going fishing in the boat but caught fish from the dock as well was kinda theres a bit of weeds for swimming although the small grand kids enjoyed the sandy beach.also wadeing in the water it rained...

"Kyle’s place is amazing. Immaculately clean with all the comforts of home and then some. The gormet kitchen is just as it is pictured and is stocked with everything a person could need. Plus a really nice gas grill on the deck which we used for most of our meals. Beds are really comfortable and the master bathroom is spectacular (shower and soaking tub).
