"Horndon on the Hill is a picturesque village and the Bell is a delightful pub and hotel. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet and in a pretty setting. "Excellent service. I had a superior 1 bedroom for family. Very clean. Sofa bed was already laid out when we arrived. Complimentary spring water in fridge. Enough towels for 4 people which is great. Check out time is 11am. Two t.v. Wi-Fi was good. Hair conditioner was provided. Leaving luggage at reception was great. Only two very small things I would add is no herbal tea bags provided, you might want to bring your own. There is decaf coffee. Also the bathroom is en-suite in the bedroom...

"Wonderful location - right next to the Tower Bridge, close to both the Tower Hill and the London Bridge rail stations, and so easy to get anywhere at all! The room had a nice view of the Thames, was clean and pretty quiet too. The staff were superb, especially Ramos T., the concierge, who assisted us with tickets to various shows and events and provided clear and efficient transportation advice. The only negative at all was that the lifts, errr... elevators were not all working and so getting down to the ground floor and up again took quite some time. "
