Rainy, but a good time anyway!
Loved being waterside! Swansboro is a cute town. We watched an impressive concert in the town square on Sunday evening. Emerald Isle beach had adequate parking. Beaufort was also a good stop. Carla was a great resource of things to do on what turned out to be a very rainy vacation

Great VRBO & location.
Well, this is a great loft / upper level apartment. It has the older feel you like in a historic area. The floors are uneven giving it that charm you want & the view from the kitchen window is unsurpassed. There’s nothing we didn’t like about the place, it was simply lovely. It was extremely clean & that’s always a plus. So you’ll know this is a real review, I’ll dig deep for one disappointment, when we woke up the coffee jar was empty, oh no, no coffee!! Crisis averted as the location is slap in the middle of old Swansboro, coffee was available on either side of us & our first world problem was averted. We’d definitely stay here again, charming with a large comfy king size bed & the bathroom was perfect for a short stay. We parked & never needed to drive until we left two days later, don’t hesitate to book your stay.

Love this place
Liked it so much the first time I stayed again! Great location with parking spot. Bright loft like floor plan and the bed is extremely comfortable. Easily walkable to everything and beautiful view of the water.

Swansboro Weekend
Charming beach house with view and access to fishing, boating and meals. Lost of shops in charming main street/front street of Swansboro. Great Breakfast at Yanny's which was walking distance from VRBO. Both my wife and I are very familiar with Swansboro, Emerald Isle, Salter path and Morehead and Atlantic beach. Would stay again if it is open when we want another vacation retreat.

Very nice town close to everything. Down fall was the cockroachs an the lawn company blowing rocks an grass on my car an wad blocked in a few times then trying to find the person who has you blocked in nor fun.

Great weekend
Great place for a couples retreat centrally located with a nice view. We came to town for a banquet and made a weekend of it. listing is as advertised, didn’t care about not having a stove as we planned to eat out anyway. Easy walking distance to downtown some nice shops & restaurants, few drink spots but the place is dead by nine 10 o’clock at night. Took the ferry to bear island and enjoyed the beach and also did a charter on Sunday with Gunny B’s, took some fish home! Only minor issue we had was light switchology was a little odd, basically couldn’t turn on ceiling fans without area lights too. Anyway, wife is already planning a return would definitely recommend!

Communication was very good, studio apartment was very clean and bright. Beautiful river waterfront view, comfortable king size bed, short walk-to night life, convenient drive to beaches. This upstairs unit (25 stairs) would be perfect if it had a small cooktop w/ oven, an easier light switches configuration, and outside walk door light.

Perfect location!
My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. It was in a perfect location on the waterfront and right by all the shops and restaurants. The king bed was very comfortable and my 2 kids slept comfortably on the pull out sofa. Although it’s a studio apartment, it was very spacious and did not feel crammed at all for my family of 4 plus our medium sized dog. The window air conditioners kept the apartment cool for the warm temps. We would definitely stay here again!

Management needs improvement
No written instructions for checking in or out. No inventory of what is in the unit.Kitchen items were not consist. The count was either 2, 3,or 4of some items. Why have full size refrigerator and no stove? The roach bait on top of the refrigerator was a nice touch. Big problem was the instructions for excess to Internet didn't work. Someone was suppose to call us, but didn't. Something that management can't control is the goose/duck poop covering the parking area. We took our shoes so we wouldn't track it onto the unit.

Swansboro loft
The location was awesome, and, while the outside of the property was not impressive, the inside loft was lovely, The overhead light switches were difficult to locate, we never did figure out how to turn on the ceiling fans, and the staircase was very poorly lit.
