We had a great stay at this spot. It was clean and comfortable. The location was super convenient as we were in town for our son’s graduation. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
We enjoyed staying and our dog enjoyed running in the yard. The house met our needs and it was nice to enjoy after sightseeing during our stay. I wish the master had a king bed but other than that it was perfect. We would stay again!
The house was very clean and neat. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here and the check in/out process was very easy. The area was quiet and most importantly we felt safe.
Lovely home. House looked just like the pictures. The location was 20 minutes outside of Asheville which was very convenient. We had a little hiccup with the WiFi not working the first day but the owner and property manager were good with communicating and were able to fix the problem the next day. Would definitely book this rental again.
Great kitchen, nicely laid out. Great dining area for eating, snacking and playing games. Nice sized bedrooms. Spacious front room with comfortable seating ample for all of us. Very close to Black Mountain which has great little shops and restaurants that are open and eager for business. Also very easy drive into Asheville and to the Biltmore. Great location. It is very near devastated flood areas which was a little unexpected at first, but the actual property is completely untouched and a great place to stay. And all the roads are open and easily passable so wasn't a problem at all.
It was ok. The beds were comfortable. You should invest in a decent set of non-stick pots n pans. Im a chef and they were still hard to cook with. I had to cover the front and back door with a sheet.

Just okay
Neighborhood appearance was a bit sketchy. Pictures of outside were taken a long time ago. Porch was dirty with cobwebs ants and dirt. The grill is a tiny charcoal camping grill. We had to pick up someone dog poop, that was gross. Inside was clean, it had all the basics to start you off which was very nice. So overall it wasnt terrible, just not what we expected from the photos. We didnt spend a lot of time there so i would say it fit our needs.
FYI: Need to put up curtains over the back door and kitchen windows. No privacy at night. We went and purchase flat sheets to put over the windows. Need to clean the baseboards. The laundry room closet needed cleaning and organizing. Need another mirror in the house than just in the bathroom. Hard to get ready when someone is in the bathroom. Other than those things it was a great stay.
We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was very clean. We had two dogs with us so the fenced in backyard was a huge plus.

weekend getaway
The property was clean and generally well maintained. The house was missing a few essentials, such as a hair dryer, and many of the dishes were broken/chipped. The neighborhood was not what we expected. The cabin fit out needs for the weekend.
We booked only about a week out and this house was fairly priced and met our needs for traveling with a dog. The house itself was cozy and made for a pleasant stay but the neighborhood wasn’t as charming as the house itself. Easy access to highway to get to Asheville and Black Mountain.
