"We had a great time at the cottage. It was awesome to be able to walk to a beach (carefully along a busy street with no sidewalk). The negatives: the cottage is small, the stairs a bit treacherous, the wiring upstairs a bit sketchy. The positives: the space is maximized nicely, the kitchen works well, and it was clean. We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers and would stay again."

"Can't say enough about how great this rental is. Even with bad weather it is in a beautiful location, so quiet and peaceful. The house is clean and cozy, comfy bed and nice kitchen. It has a very cool architectural mix of an asian vibe and being on a boat, minimalist but has everything you need. The hosts were so friendly and helpful with us using our coastal row boats from their dock. The tide swings greatly so just know you can't always use the dock at low tide unless you want to walk in the...

"The cottage was a perfect place for my family and I to stay while visiting New England! Chris was very easy to communicate with and gave outstanding recommendations on places to go and see. The cottage is older, with some history, just like the surrounding areas. After battling the traffic in Boston and Salem, we loved the ability to come back to our private cottage on the hill and just relax. We enjoyed the stay and area and will definitely be back again."

"The location of Moot Point couldn't be better! Great Neck is a quiet enclave and very special because of the abundance of nature right in the neighborhood! Also a great jumping point to Cape Ann and other surrounding destinations. The cottage was clean and beds comfy. The hostess was very responsive and you can just tell that she cared that your vacation was satisfying and that your needs were met."

"The location of this cute cottage cannot be beat - right in Dock Square between Bearskin Neck and Front Beach. The floors and ceilings are full of character, the bath and appliances are new and beautiful We loved our bedrooms with the cozy bedding (we heard no/very minimal street noise) - and my older son slept on a 'day bed' on the top floor that connects to the beautiful deck.
