Villa Sicutti (Istria - Svetvinčenat)

This villa is situated on the edge of pristine natural forests. It has been built and furnished with loving attention to detail. The Villa is also a good starting point for an active holiday, as almost all Istrian beaches are just a 20-minute drive. Outside there is a large heated infinity pool with modern deck chairs. A well-tended and irrigated lawn with lounge furniture on the terrace provides perfect relaxation. A terrace with a well-equipped outdoor kitchen with a grill is the perfect place for al fresco dining with views of nature and the illuminated pool. The interior is bright and nicely decorated, it really feels like home too. There are 3 bedrooms with each private bathroom. All bedrooms are downstairs (One bedroom has a modern shower in the room). Almost all rooms have direct access to a large covered terrace and pool through large glass walls. The living room is modern and equipped with a large SMART TV. The house is fully air-conditioned and there is WiFi internet access.The villa is located just 1 km between one of the famous Istrian castles, Kastel Morosini - Grimani in Svetvincenat, which is well known for its attractive content and events. Quiet location

Fantastic villa!
Just had the most wonderful week in Svetvincenat-the villa is superb and the owner, Igor, was very friendly and helpful. The villa was spotless, very modern with some lovely features, great colour changing lights which our daughters loved! We found it difficult to drag ourselves away from the lovely pool and house but there is a lot to see and do within a half hour drive if you are looking for a bit more to do. The barbecue, outdoor hob and sink make al fresco dining easy and the house has everything you need. We would highly recommend the villa and hope to return for another holiday soon. Thanks Igor.

Excellent well-equipped Villa
A beautiful, peaceful property set in the countryside just outside the village of Svetvincenat. Central location on Istrian peninsula enabling easy access to both east and west coasts. The villa is well-equipped and the outside pool and sun deck are lovely. There is a separate BBQ and external eating area as well for hot nights outside. A really lovely property. The owners, Igor and Sanja couldn't have been more helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Lindsay & Andy

Wonderfoll House, charmant interor, Designed with Love, sleeping Rooms so that no One is disturbed by another one, each with bathroom beside. Nice outdoor kitchen and place to eat there. Wunderschönes Haus, toller Service
Wir haben einen rundum wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub in dem tollen Haus in Kroatien verbracht. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht es Istrien mit dem Auto kennen zu lernen. Der tolle Service der Agentur hat den Aufenthalt abgerundet. Tip: den Router im Haus ab und zu neu starten 😉.

Sehr erholsam
Es war wieder ein sehr schöner Urlaub in Istrien, wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und zwei Hunde. Grundstück komplett abgeschlossen so das die Hunde sich frei bewegen konnten. Im Haus ist alles da was man braucht. Was ein wenig schade war aus unsere Sicht: die Matratzen haben wirklich ihre beste Zeit hinter sich! Man könnte die Stühlen draußen durch bequemere ersetzen.

Die Villa sieht toll aus, hat eine schöne und moderne Einrichtung, der Pool und Garten sind auch sehr schön gewesen. Die Betten sind schon sehr durchgelegen, aber sonst war alles in Ordnung. Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und konnten auch uns auch jederzeit melden, Service ist echt Super 👍 Die Lage ist okay finden wir, da man schon sehr abgelegen ist, aber jeder der gerne mitten in der Natur sein will, für den ist das super. Das kleine Dorf Svetvincenat sieht sehr schön aus und hat eine tolle Pizzaria.

Super Villa in ruhiger Umgebung
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche. Der nächste Ort ist ca 15min Minuten entfernt, mit Restaurants, Café, Supermarkt und Bar. Bei der Unterkunft selber kann man völlige Ruhe genießen. Wenn man noch ein bisschen mehr als nur die fußläufige Umgebung sehen will, hat man jedoch keine Chance. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und besonders Außenanlagen und Pool haben uns besonders gut gefallen.

Gute Lage, schön ruhig mit nur zwei Villen nebendran aber gut abgeschirmt, keine Sicht auf den anderen Pool. Man ist ganz für sich. Alle Strände Richtung Rovinj oder Pula in einer halben Stunde gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Einkaufsläden, wo man alles bekommt, 5 min entfernt im Dorf svetvincenat. Dort gibt es auch gute Pizzerias. Anlage ansonsten topp, alles da was man braucht, Pool und Außengrill wurden intensiv genutzt sowie die Terrasse für Spieleabende.
