Beautiful and modern Villa Lorena is located in the small Istrian village Juršići and can accommodate up to 10 people. The Villa has everything you need for your perfect vacation - a large and fenced garden with private pool (40 m2) and a beautiful terrace with barbecue.The ground floor consists of a 1 bedroom, large living room with access to the pool and terrace and a fully equipped kitchen. First floor consists of a 3 bedrooms, and one of them has their own balcony.Villa Lorena is fully air conditioned, there is wifi internet access and private parking. The location is ideal for exploring all of Istria. The coast and the beaches as well as almost all Istrian cities are within a radius of about 15 kilometers. Zminj and Svetvincenat, interesting Istrian towns, are only a few kilometers away. Shops, bars and restaurants are just a short drive away.In 2025, the house will offer 4 electric bikes, 2 electric scooters, and a charging station for electric cars. Distances: post office 8000m, gas station 7000m, restaurant 1000m, shop 100m, center 100m, sea 14000m, beach 14000m, airport 21000m.
