The villa is a split-level house, meaning that each floor has an upper and lower level, creating a more dynamic living space. On the first floor of the upper level is the first bedroom with en-suite bathroom, then also a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. On the lower level of the first floor there is a second bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the second floor of the villa there are 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms, one on the first floor and one on the second floor, have their own entrance from the outside.
