"Great little hotel with a private beach, and an amazing view of Kotor Bay. The staff are great human beings, and very considerate. The little bay it's in is great because it's somewhat shielded from the boats going through Boka Bay, which you won't find so much at other hotels. The biggest winner was the food. That little kitchen makes an excellent breakfast, both a la carte and buffet, and their dinners are world class, punching way above their weight. I didn't feel like leaving the three days...

"Our trip started off on a bad foot when we walked into the room and there were two house centipedes in the bathroom. The hotel immediately changed our room to another one on the ground floor, however we paid for a room 20m2 and received one closer to 13m2 - right in front of where the 24 hour ferries dock and take off. "The Villa was just as described, clean and with a lovely little balcony with stunning views over Sveti, just as in the pictures. The balcony was in shade for most of the day which for us was great as the weather was sunny and very hot for the time of year! The walk down and back to/from the beach using the steps is steep so not for all but you can take a more leisurely walk up the winding road for an easier walk. "Das war ein extrem erholsamer Urlaub. Zorica ist eine sehr liebenswürdige Frau . Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung völlig ausreichend, das Bett sehr bequem und der Blick vom Balkon unbeschreiblich schön. Vom Strand muss man zwar einige Treppen hoch gehen. Wer jedoch zu Fuß nicht gut unterwegs ist, kann am Strand gegen Gebühr parken. Ich kann die Wohnung aus voller Überzeugung weiter empfehlen."

"Stayed one night. It was super cozy clean place within the old city walls of Kotor. You ll have hot water for shower and a tiny kitchen. The host communicates well. It’s 10 min walk to the town bus terminal. There is a bar right by the place with loud music."

"Absolutely wonderful experience. To the people complaining about expensive bottles/minimum spend: that is ONLY at the Beach Club, which is only 1 of 3 levels, and the same as any Nikki Beach Club you go to in the world. Cabana, table service, loungers, etc. NOBODY will pressure you to spend money, but if you want that experience, it comes at a price. You get what you pay for. There are also free pools and beach. The restaurant is very fairly priced. The courtesy car provided by hotel is cheaper than any taxi. The price they are charging is very reasonable for what you get. It is a true 5 star hotel. The rooms are gorgeous, the staff is excellent. If possible, get a room facing the water/mountains, it was incredible. If you’re lucky enough to speak with the concierge, Nikola, he is probably your best resource for knowledge and attractions around Tivat and Kotor. He made our stay absolutely excellent, and took a lot of responsibility off us getting to and from our destinations. I have no complaints what so ever, and plan to return next year. Thank you Nikola, and thank you Nikki Beach."
