Traumhafter Urlaub

Sowohl die Kommunikation vorab, als auch vor Ort mit dem Verwalter waren super hilfreich und freundlich. Das Haus und alles drum herum war wie beschrieben. Wir waren zu 5. plus 3-jähriges Kind und hatten mehr als genug Platz. 2 Zimmer haben je ein Bad en Suite und sonst gibts noch ein großes Bad und eine extra Toilette. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Der Pool, wenn bei uns auch eisig, und die Liegemöglichkeiten sind ein Traum und der ganze Garten sehr schön angelegt. Die Mücken haben sich in Grenzen gehalten, wenn man sich zur Dämmerzeit einsprüht/lange Sachen trägt bzw. sich etwas von den Büchen fernhält. Es sind alle wichtigen Alltagsdinge in der Butiga Ultra im Ort fußläufig zu erhalten. Aber auch zu größeren Geschäften und jeglichen Städten und anderen Attraktionen ist es nicht wirklich weit mit dem Auto. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Ein Traum

Diese Villa ist ein Traum. Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub dort verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Villa liegt im Landesinneren, aber innerhalb von Max 30min waren wir an den besten Stränden. Der Pool am Haus ist toll und hat für viel Spaß und Entspannung gesorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein toller Aufenthalt

Wir haben eine großartige Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist super, alles in ausreichendem Maße vorhanden und bei kleinen Problemen ist der Hausmeister sofort eingesprungen. Der Ort liegt super zentral zu den verschiedensten Ausflugszielen und ist dennoch sehr ruhig.

Wunderschönes Anwesen

Das Anwesen ist wunderschön, in einem kleinen Ort, ruhig gelegen und sehr gepflegt. Der Hausverwalter ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Zum Meer fährt man ca. 20 Minuten, die Pizzeria im Ort ist zu empfehlen und der kleine Laden im Ort hat alles, was man auf die Schnelle braucht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt - mit Hund- sehr genossen und würden gerne wiederkommen!

Rundum ein Volltreffer!!!

Wir haben eine Woche in dem Haus mit unseren drei Kindern und einem mittelgroßen Hund verbracht! Das Haus ist in einem Superzustand mit jedem Schnickschnack! Der Pool ist nagelneu und mit Salzwasser befüllt mit sehr angenehmer Temperatur. Der Verwalter spricht hervorragend Deutsch und ist dezent im Hintergrund, hat aber auch sehr gute Tipps auf Lager! An dem Ort befindet sich eine sehr gute Pizzeria in Laufreichweite und auch ansonsten sind alles Basics vor Ort. Rundum ein sehr entspannter Urlaub in einem tollen Umfeld.

Komfortabler Urlaub

Das Anwesen ist gut gepflegt, das Haus großzügig eingerichtet. Am Pool gutes Entspannen, ausreichend Liegen und Schirme. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt, genossen die Gastfreundschaft der Kroaten und haben die attraktiven Ort in der nahen und weiteren Umgebung erkundet. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Toller Urlaub, tolles Objekt, kommen gerne wieder

Wir verbrachten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem Objekt, es fehlte an nichts. Platz war genügend für 2 Familien mit Kinder. Der Kontakt mit der Eigentümerin, schon vor Antritt unseres Urlaubes ,war sehr unkompliziert und sehr nett. Der Verwalter des Objektes war stets für uns da und kümmerte sich rührend um uns. Unser Fazit: wir wären gerne länger geblieben und kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekt

Der perfekte Urlaub begann schon bei der Buchung. Sehr nette, zuvorkommende Vermieterin, die alle meine Fragen zuvorkommend und schnell beantwortet hat. Bei der Ankunft trafen wir den sehr netten Objektverwalter Marin an, der auch während des gesamten Aufenthaltes immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit war. Das Objekt ist sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Ausreichend Besteck, Teller und Gläser, so dass man selbst bei 7 Personen nicht immer die Spülmaschine betätigen muss. Die Unterkunft eignet sich perfekt für 3 Paare oder zwei Familien mit jeweils 2 Kindern. Das wunderschöne und große SZ im OG hat ein Bad mit Duschbadewanne, dass nur vom SZ zugänglich ist. Neben der Küche befindet sich ein weiteres, kleineres SZ mit eigenem Duschbad und Bidet. Weiter befindet sich im EG ein weiteres großes SZ mit Ausgang zum Pool und ein weiteres kleineres SZ. Diese beiden Zimmer müssen sich ein Bad mit Duschbadewanne teilen. Alle Bäder haben Fenster und sind schlicht und sauber. Wir hatten zunächst Bedenken, da keine Fotos der Bäder vorhanden waren. Diese Bedenken waren unangebracht, Bäder sind weiß/Beige gehalten. Der Außenbereich ist größer als auf den Fotos erkennbar. Sehr gepflegt und wunderschön angelegt. Der Pool ist ausreichend. Er beginnt mit einer Wassertiefe von 90 cm und fällt langsam auf ca 150 cm Tiefe ab. Die Gartenmöbel sind hochwertig und schön. Die Lage des Objektes ist am Dorfrand, ruhig und trotzdem ist man schnell beim kleinen Supermarkt. Mit dem Rad 2 Minuten. Für uns war die Lage perfekt; wir konnten mit unserem Hund direkt ab Haustür weitläufig gehen. Leider hatten wir 3Tage vor Ende eine Ameisenplage, zunächst im Küchenbereich und dann im kleineren SZ. Marin, der Verwalter, kam unverzüglich und unternahm alles Mögliche, um das Problem zu lösen. Für diese Unannehmlichkeiten kann aber weder die Vermieterin noch der Verwalter etwas. Beide haben sich mehrfach bei uns entschuldigt. Wir mieten seid 10 Jahren immer hochwertige Ferienhäuser, dies ist allerdings das erste, welches wir so positiv bewertet haben. Wir würden das Objekt wieder buchen!
