"It was a very nice house with pool. Just like the pictures. We stayed for 1 week in oktober 2023. The weather was nice with 2 days of rain. We actually make use of the pool. This was still open. The house had everything you need for a nice stay. The owners are very friendly. Even our dog was let to stay in the house (above 24 kg). We make day trips to other city’s. Because Labin is beside the old town not so interesting for us. Thank you to the owner for the nice welcome and stay."

The house is small but clean and well equipped. You will need to bring utilities like toilet paper, salt sugar and other stuff you will need for cooking eg. "Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Das Haus ist in einer tollen Lage. 2 Minuten zu vielen Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäften und zum Meer. Was zu beachten ist, dass die Mutter des Vermieters und noch eine Ferienwohnung mit auf dem Gelände sind. Der Pool und das große Doppelhaus sind aber nur zur alleinigen Nutzung.
