Villa Simone Paradiso is situated in an excellent location near the coastal town of Rabac. The outdoor area of the villa has a private zero edge pool and an outdoor shower. Take advantage of the sun loungers around the pool to relax. A covered barbecue area is at your disposal to prepare delicious meals. There is also an outdoor dining area on the terrace. Various sports activities are available on the property. The villa can accommodate a total of 8 people. The interior of the villa has been stylishly furnished with great attention to detail. There is a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, which is connected to the living room. From the living area you can access the terrace which is equipped with garden furniture. This is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. There is also a bedroom with its own bathroom and a guest toilet. On the first floor there are two further comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One bedroom has access to the balcony. The villa is fully air-conditioned, offers internet access and a private car park for up to 6 cars. Villa Simone Paradiso offers everything you could wish for a relaxing holiday and is located only 9 km from the beach in Rabac. The surrounding area offers a variety of beautiful pebble beaches and hidden bays with crystal clear water. A short drive away is the coastal town of Rabac. There is a wide range of water sports activities on offer here. We recommend taking a romantic stroll along the promenade. In terms of location, Villa Simone Paradiso is an excellent starting point for excursions. Visit the historic city of Pula, where the enchanting Roman amphitheatre is located. Many film events as well as cultural events and concerts are organised here. We also recommend a visit to the picturesque town of Rovinj. The special thing about the town is that the old town centre is located on a small peninsula. Explore the narrow streets of the town and enjoy your first cup of coffee in one of the numerous cafés. The restaurants offer an excellent range of typical local specialities which you should definitely try. Travel to Istria and explore the beauty of this region.
