The inviting open-plan living and dining area with kitchen is located on the first floor. The furnishings impress with their homely yet modern design. This level is completed by a guest WC and a cozy bedroom with its own bathroom and access to the outside area. The remaining 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the second floor and all have access to the spacious terrace, where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the rural surroundings that will make you forget the stresses and strains of everyday life. Outside, there is a large terrace with a dining table and charcoal barbecue and, of course, a pool surrounded by sun loungers and a Hollywood swing where you can relax.

Rabac, a former fishing village, offers beautiful natural beaches and good restaurants. In the surroundings of Labin-Rabac you can enjoy tennis, mini golf, beach volleyball, diving and various water sports and the first beach is 12 km away from the villa.
