"I stayed for 11 nights, and the place was very clean and cozy. It feels luxurious. Having a washing machine was a big win. The staff are very kind, and the security made me feel safe. They helped with everything I needed and delivered whatever I asked for. Two things to note: there aren’t many kitchen items, but if you ask, they’ll bring what you need. Also, in the shower, lower water pressure gives hotter water. Overall, it was perfect! Definitely will stay again if I come back to Siem Reap"

"This poor place is representative of the declining tourism in Cambodia. Although it was once a great hotel, we were the only guests. The staff were amazing and doing the best they could. The greenery at the hotel is beautiful. The rooms were clean and dated. The bed is very hard. We were disappointed to find the pool with green water and murky as we had a long, hot travel day.
