"Ponúkané fotografie sa líšili od toho, čo bolo skutočnosťou. Izby boli zrekonštruované veľmi nedokonale. Plávajúce podlahy sa rozchádzali, lišta oddelujúca podlahu kuchynského kúta od ostatného priestoru stále odpadávala a bola provizórne prilepená lepiacou páskou. Televízor síce bol, ale nedal sa naladiť jediný kanál nakoľko chýbal kábel, ktorý nám dodatočne pani doniesla, ale aj tak nemali anténu : -( :-D, takže sa nedal naladiť jediný program.....Chladnička čudne zapáchala. Nábytok bol úplne...

The staff is excellent, they went out of their way to make our time special. The concierge, Tomaz, went out of his way to help us find my family’s home here in the Czech Republic. "My wife and I had a wonderful stay due primarily to a wonderful, caring and humane staff. When we checked in Jana and Petr immediately made us feel at home at this beautiful facility. The warm atmosphere continued throughout everywhere we went including the treatment by the restaurant staff, especially our waitress Katerina. We are grateful for our visit here."

"we really pleased with hotel and we wish we stayed more days in Atlantic palace. price we pay we felt five star. Rooms really clean and cozy. everything is close to this hotel and breakfast was really nice and fifth floor with nice view. Thank you hotel Atlantic palace "

"Great property. Beautiful exterior. Lovely dining hall. Rooms were spacious and clean. Reception was friendly and helpful. Very close to the bus and train stations and walkable to rest of Karlovy Vary. I would definitely stay here again."
