"We had a great stay at this hotel. Everyone was very nice. The hotel is about 30 minutes from Reykjavik. The lady at the front desk was super helpful. She helped us figure out how to use public transportation to get to the city center and buy some medicine. The room was nice and specious. There was no Phone in the room, so we had to go to the front desk if we needed something. I recommend this hotel just know is far from Reykjavik city. "

"This is based on viking theme and very well done..our unit was for 5, very cute cottage..very clean. Restauraunt next door. Between downtown rekayvik and the airport. Very pleasant lady at desk. We upgraded our room for an extra persin easily. Price very competitive compared to other places. Breakfast included ! Definetly recommend."

"Loved room 18! Perfect for my 7 year old to have his own bedroom. Shower drain was clogged on arrival but quickly fixed. Loved the area the tram was right outside the door. "

"Family room with bathroom of a good size, tea and coffee also in room. Environment around hotel is sparse, but this is to be expected as close to the airport. Small vending machine in reception however, there are a couple of places to eat within 200m. One of these restaurants (Public Grill) has a small selection of groceries and gifts. Shuttle to airport available mainly in peak season and starts as early as 0500. It costs 1500 ISK per person and ten minutes travel time."
