"This place is magical. The cabins are cozy, clean, warm and adorable. The staff are all friendly, outgoing, helpful and kind. We took their added on excursion to see Northern Lights (never a guarantee) and were lucky enough to find them - and then saw them again back at the hotel. Our stay was really a wonderful one. "

"This hotel is a disaster. It is dirty, loud, and the owner is rude and disrespectful. The "breakfast is pitiful and in a refrigerator (pre-packaged) that the smell was nauseating. Apparently the locals regard is as the SECOND worst Hotel in town and there are only 4! Derelicts hang out in the so called lobby and it doesn't feel safe. Pay a bit more and relax ELSEWHERE"
