One of the staff tried to enter my room when I was in there. (No knock, just tried to come in with a master key.) With some story about changing the chairs? One of the reasons people book hotel rooms is to have some privacy when they are traveling and this place didn't have that feeling of privacy. SO. Maybe cover up before coming out of the shower in your room? 😂"

"Lovely clean room but missing a kettle or even a bottle of water, a bit of a miss when there appeared to be no one working behind the bar when I returned from eating out as there is no evening food service at the Lundia. There used to be coffee machines in the corridors but these have gone as well. Maybe vending machines would be a good idea?"
