"Location was excellent. The cliff railway is unique. We’re were visiting the Kinver edge rock house National trust, it was only 9 miles away which was good. Nice pub restaurants close by. "The White House was easy to find, with parking outside. Our hosts were lovely, genial and very welcoming. Our ensuite room was warm, comfortable and homely. Welcome texts before I arrived was a lovely touch, plenty of local information for those staying on holiday and a very personal service all round. Room wasn’t the most modern but very comfortable and quiet - I had a great sleep! "We was meant to stay here I booked a room with double & 2 singles, when I got the confirmation it stated 1 double 1 sofa bed the property made the mistake, after calling hotels.com to try to resolve I got nowhere, so I had no choice but to book another property. After booking another property I then get a call from this property saying they made a mistake. Hotels.com wouldn’t refund me. So I asked the property to refund me which was short by £20 odd pounds. So overall not a good experience "
