"Bed had a spring mattress which I didn’t find too bad but my partner woke up with a bad back. There were drip marks down the walls and the shelves in the bathroom were rusty. I just think for the setting it’s in these little things just make such a difference. Just not the best rooms really. Food was delicious and the breakfast was delicious. "

"I was dreading the stay after reading some of the reviews, but we found the Kingstanding Inn to be fine. The staff and locals were very welcoming, the drinks were reasonably priced and the room was comfortable. We only had two niggles. There was no lift so we had to drag our cases up two flights of stairs, and down again, and the kitchen was closed due to management changeover. Checkout was also simple."

"As always, check in faultless. Racheal is so friendly nothing is to much trouble,also the young man who works reception is just the same. Its because of them i keep returning here when im in the area.Reasonably priced, comfy bed,tea,coffee provided.My room had a working fridge(bonus keeps the beer cold.)"
