We had a 14 hour drive to arrive and she checked in during our drive to make sure we was safe and time of arrival so she could have everything ready for us, she even checked in to make sure we made it home safely!...

"Read the narrative first, as the list of beds in the overview is not correct! There was a dirty towel over the bathroom door when we arrived, and a load of towels in the dryer that hadn’t been put away. One adult found a used earplug, in her bed which made us wonder if the sheets had been washed between guests. After the check-in instructions, which didn’t come until a few hours prior to check-in, the host never responded to any of our messages, including the fact that he gave us the wrong WiFi...
