"The cottage is very well equipped and so clean with a great kitchen, bathroom and laundry and fireplace in the lounge room. The location couldnā€™t be better, close to shops, lake and beach with a lovely enclosed garden backyard perfect for dogs and their owners. Wonderful to sit on the verandah and relax. The host goes out of his way to keep you informed and provides you with all the local recommendations and info to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. A true Super...

"Periwinkle is a lovely sundrenched renovated home. It has all the essentials you need, is impeccably clean, with a great extended living space on the deck out the back and a huge yard that our pup absolutely loved. Being a winter stay, the aircon came in handy on some very cold nights! Its a stones throw from the beach and close to the local shops. My husband and I had a lovely week away and only wished we tagged on a few extra nights! We would definitely return on our next south coast getaway!"

"This was our first time at Culburra. We arrived in heavy rain and a bit of a chill in the air so to find such a cosy and welcoming cottage was a true bonus. We were able to heat the space well to take away the chills . The games cupboard was well supplied and once the rain went we enjoyed such games in the spacious backyard. The wifi and ability to use Spotify was also a plus. We were indeed very comfortable."

"Overall, an okay little house. As other reviews state, both mattresses should be replaced. One is cheap and you feel the springs clearly, and the other is long in the tooth. Fridge had been replaced, but the old one bizarrely left on the deck next to the front door (!?). BBQ dirty on arrival. Didn't use it because of that. You get what you pay for with this one. Bird droppings all over the deck."
