"The owners were pleasant and responsive, and we appreciated their efforts to help. However, our stay was unfortunately uncomfortable.There was a strong odour throughout the apartment that never fully dissipated. We followed all of the owner’s suggestions to try to resolve it, including airing the apartment, but this only made the space colder and did not remove the smell.The apartment itself felt very cold during our stay. Although we were told the temperature was set to around 20 degrees and that it would take time to warm up, we stayed for four days and it never felt comfortably warm.Additionally, the soap and shampoo provided were extremely diluted, with a watery consistency that made them difficult to use.Overall, while the owners were kind, the apartment did not provide a comfortable experience for us, and future renters may wish to take these points into consideration"
