Cozy and affordable oceanfront apartment with private walk-out just steps to the shore. When staying in this apartment you can be assured you will be the only ones on the property. We do not allow renters to stay on the main floor during your stay. A beautiful sunrise awaits you in this clean and comfortable space. Everything is included. Bring yourself and your personal items. High-speed internet, streaming television, and exercise equipment including NordicTrack, internet-enabled treadmill and exercise bike. Modern clothes washer and dryer are provided. Enjoy the coastline of Maine as you watch the local fishing boats coming and going to port. Watch harbor porpoise, loons, deer, wild turkeys and eagles as they go about their day along the Coast of Maine. Lounge chairs, picnic table and grill are provided on the rock deck overlooking the shore. The private space is conveniently located 20 minutes from Blue Hill or Ellsworth. Kayak and canoe rentals are available (seasonally dependent) for drop off from an approved local provider.
