"Dave is a fabulous host. Very friendly and knows about the area. Room was clean, property was very peaceful. Beds were comfy. I do have one complaint about the trash situation in the morning was overflowing by the soda machine and the icemaker was blocked by the laundrey cart so I struggled in my attempt to get ice. Other than that I loved my room, my little porch and the serene setting."
