"UNIT WAS QUITE GOOD ONCE WE GOT IN THEY GAVE US THE WRONG CODE TO ACCESS KEYS AND HAD TO RING AND THE CLEANER GAVE US THE RIGHT CODE. PRIOR CONTACT WITH HOST WAS A NIGHTMARE IT TOOK 5 DAYS TO SORT OUT BOOKING. EG PLS SEND ID TO -----@-----.--- THESE HOSTS WERE VERY UNSATISFACTORY."

"The property was clean and nice looking, with various considerate touches from the owner - hot water bottles, heater turned on for warmth, some popcorn for the guests too (YUM!)!. Additionally, the property came well stocked with towels, shampoos and conditioners and soaps, pots, pans, glasses, plates, cleaning supplies, a TV, wifi, and even some board games! While we personally didn't leave the property to go elsewhere, the place is well located - PLENTY of amazing restaurants nearby, close to...

"Arrived to find used nappies on the entry steps and empty drug bags on the kitchen bench. Our workers refused to stay there as the general condition was terrible. Definitely not fit to be rented out as accommodation. Owners were disgusting to deal with and refused to refund any money. Whatever you do, do not consider this or any of their places to rent"

"The location and proximity of 2/40 Thames St to our activity was great at $150 per night, however the house was not cleaned and walls, some with holes, dirty so nothing a wash & coat of can't fix. Bathroom and kitchen cabinetry in need of repairs. Electric jugs leaked hot water onto my foot; broken power point do not use; mugs dirty, ants & cockroaches visited. Sponge on sink smelled and a pile of used soap bars in the cabinet. I can say beds were okay but lounge and divan bottoms going through....
