"Great place for one night. It is a very old hotel, but it is well maintained. The staff at the reception could use a smile sometimes. Parking outside was difficult. Breakfast and the restaurant are extremely expensive."

"Tym razem trafiliśmy do pokoju z usterkami. Lampka nocna połamana,, kable na wierzchu. Wieszak na ręczniki w łazience urwany i tak jak w przypadku lampki zgrabnie nasadzonej na podstawę, dla niepoznaki powieszone, ale wystarczylo delikatnie pociągnąć za ręcznik i cały wieszak okazał się przyklejony nieskutecznie jakimś silikonem. Telefon w pokoju to atrapa, nie bylo szans na dodzwonienie się do recepcji. Natomiast plusy do wygodne łóżko, bielutka pościel i ręczniki nie pachnące chlorem. Słuchawka prysznicowa chyba niedawno odkamieniona, ciśnienie i temperatura wody wzorowe, co zdarza się w hotelach niezmiernie rzadko. Śniadanie to mistrzostwo świata, pyszne, świeże i naprawdę duży wybór delikatesów. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Byliśmy w tym hotelu po raz drugi i pewnie jeszcze skorzystamy."

"Pretty pretty pretty good. …… at the hotel. Great staff. Great. Location. Near huge grocer …. Walking distance to the sphinx. A great local restaurant. the 27th floor. Hmmmm. Expensive meal with paper napkins. …? No dress code , ppl came with. Too small BLue Jean shorts. Tshirt too tight and With giant hairy atmosphere seem . But. The hotel. is better in And I have been to many in Katowice. Oh. I forgot to say.the tv is outdated. Not a smarocoff and on as you are watching it. It can’t really hold Netflix. Or most streaming. And yes I came to Poland to watch tv …if you are wondering."

"What a wonderful stay in Katowice! We spent two nights here and were absolutely delighted. The rooms are beautifully furnished, very spacious and pleasantly quiet. Even though the tram stop is right outside the hotel, the excellent soundproof windows mean you hardly hear a thing. We especially loved the large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a window that can actually be opened. The staff at reception and at breakfast were exceptionally friendly, warm and helpful. Breakfast was simply outstanding: a fantastic selection, everything fresh and delicious, and excellent service. A particularly lovely touch was the option to take sandwiches and fruit with you. There are also so many thoughtful details throughout the hotel, such as water dispensers in the hallways and carafes with beautiful glasses in the room. There is plenty of parking, and the tram stop right outside makes it very easy to explore Katowice. We felt completely comfortable here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!"
