Very clean and great budget accommodation. Stay there three night and found the staff helpful but poor English. Meet the owner and she was very accommodating and her English was good. Only Thai tv channels but we weren't there for the tv. We came for the Motogp and couldn't get any closer accommodation but I would stay there again and maybe come back for the elephant festival. About two km out from the center of town but had no problems geting a car to pick us up and take us home. About 80bht trip into town. Really enjoyed the town and we where suprised by the selection of night life avaible. Hard to find English-language speakers but that did not matter as we enjoyed the more authentic Thailand experance.
