"Very unclean. Staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. Very old and dirty. The hallways stink. The elevator is so bad and takes ages. The breakfast is not complementary. You have go pay for everything other than juice and cereal. Even though they say breakfast comes with the hotel room. The light in the bathroom was flickering and my kids were scared. It was a nightmare. They need to fix a lot of things in that hotel. Not happy with the stay. "

"The room and property are absolutely stunning. Very clean with onsite staff maintaining property constantly. The atmosphere itself is very relaxing and beautiful to look at. The colors, the vibe, the pool surrounded by palm trees, everything, VERY MIAMI. Just steps away from the beach, park, Walgreens, CVS Pharmacy, bank, laundromat, convinience store, soooo many restaurants (I recommend Burgers & Shakes), public transit and the free trolley. Everything walking distance for a mother with her children. The room was amazing in terms of comfortability and functionality. My babies and I loved the beds. With that being said I was travelling with two small children and I could tell that we were unusual guests to this property. Though many of the staff were friendly and left us feeling very invited, there were many that were not. They are very strict on their late checkout policy (12pm being the latest) still I believed this to be reasonable. What I did not find reasonable, understanding and honestly just lacking compassion was their absolute disregard to treat my children and myself as humans after our checkout. I asked if it was possible to leave our bags there for a few hours after checkout as our flight was not until 8 pm, and the answer was a harsh NO. I proceeded to gather my 4 suitcases, 6 bags, stroller with my son in it, my walking two year old daughter and move ourselves to the road. "DONT STAY HERE- 20 min after checking in I regretting my decision on staying! Shame on Expedia for the photos advertised cause this is NOT what the resort looks like. Dirty, dingy, under construction, bad parking, crappy view of ocean, smelly, bathrooms were gross, no hot water, no water pressure, the elevator was so small and so slow, the pool area was nasty and water had a film over it, no coffee pot!, only one microwave in the whole place and it was in the basement! Tried to get a refund and Expedia wouldn’t allow it! Shame on this site for allowing all the lies and cover up! Even the guy at the desk knew that this place was not what was advertised. Shame!! I ended up paying over $100 each day we stayed to rent a different resort for the day so my kids and I could swim and try to have fun. I stayed far away from the resort all day until it was time for bed. Only stayed because I couldn’t get my money back and it was paid for. "

"oven did not work. There were no paper towels or anything to clean with. There was dirt and dust everywhere all over the floor and no broom site front desk was not very patient very passive aggressive ground was uneven and overall structure was poor. Cracks in the walls covered up with paint. Black mold in the cabinets in the kitchen. Hair and dirt stuck to the ground when we first arrived. Very poor customer service they never answered the phone. The TVs don’t work and one of the lights flickers when you walk. The room is completely different in person than online and is not at the correct address you have to walk six blocks to your actual hotel. Overall un cleanly and add customer service not recommend"

"I had an amazing experience at 72 Park. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming and comfortable. The pool was absolutely fantastic, definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The location couldn’t have been better; it’s conveniently near everything, which made getting around very easy. The staff was also outstanding, very polite, attentive. The only small suggestion I would make is to add blackout curtains in the main room, as the brightness from outside can be a bit strong. Other than that, everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again! "
