"They did not tell us when reserving a room that they were under construction and you had people working from 7 AM making noise so we could not sleep in. Then the elevators would get stuck with guest in it or not work at all. But the cherry on top was the staff kept throwing blame on each other when we called for a room to be cleaned. The four nights that we were there, our room was never cleaned and we had to keep demanding for clean towels. We were drying ourselves off with pool towels at this...
