NOTE: Monthly rental only please, very affordable at $1400/mo, from Dec to March 20, 2026. 2nd row (just across street from beach), called 'Beachwalk' and is located in a quiet area in Surfside Beach, with restaurants, entertainment, and shopping nearby. 2 BR/2 BA, 1st floor unit (6 steps up), and is fully equipped, including linens & towels, cable TV VCR/DVD, pool, washer/dryer, etc. Wireless High-speed Internet provided. Beds (4): Master = queen + single, Guest = queen + single. Newly renovated, with new tile and hardwood floor.
You will enjoy your stay in this condo and this area, plus many great seafood restaurants in nearby Murrells Inlet. (Please book Sat-Sat for Spring/Summer weeks).

Stayed here a few times great location with convenient beach access. Condo has everything you need host is quick to respond to messages. Check in and out is easy. Will stay here on my next trip to Surfside highly recommend.

Fantastic location! Nice for a family with the multi bed arrangement in bedrooms. Dave was responsive and helpful and there were very clear instructions and information at the house. It could use a little refresh and update.

Cousins trip

The condo was clean and very well stocked. It is a little dated but was adequate. It is just across the street from the beach. This is a first floor unit but there is a few steps to access the condo. Dave was there when we got there and he was very pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again.

Great time-great location

Everything was great. Lots of kitchen supplies which really helps if staying beyond a few days. Eating out is very expensive so having the tools to make meals is awesome and cost saving! Enjoyed our stay immensely!

Nice beach get a way

We liked how close beach access was. Our stay ran smooth. Condo is dated but it didn’t effect out stay. Plenty of room for 4 kids. Would stay again. Very affordable.

I really loved the price and the location-right across the road from the beach-and close to two access paths to the beach. Nice balcony. Ceiling fans in every room was nice and having full kitchen and laundry was great. The one bedroom had a really squeaky queen bed-so that was uncomfortable. Many of us did not have hot water for showers. There was also a sign to keep the thermostat at 76 degrees.

Great place!

We absolutely loved staying here for our beach getaway with our family. We traveled with 3 small kids and they had a ball. Plenty of space and very close walk to the beach, maybe 5 minutes. Don’t pass this one up!!

Great place

Across the street from the beach. Beach access has a restroom which is nice. I have stayed in the condo four different times. Dave is great to work with and we plan on booking it again. Nice condo and pool. You can’t beat it for the price!
